Personal experience, inexperience, and memories become materials for the work. The piece draws on diaries written between the ages of 12 and 20, examined with both care and critical distance. These pages revolve around a single preoccupation: boys. Who are they? What do they want? What can one expect from them? The narrative explores complex, sometimes painful relationships with men who are sick, excessive, violent, absent, yet always overly present. It is also a story of mourning, an unfinished story that the artist seeks to share, confronting intimate memory with narrative construction.

Premiere on avril 2022, at Fondation Pernod-Ricard, for the exibition Waiting room.
