Our aspiring ‘That girl’ is living a digital nightmare since a heart of stone infiltrated her system... Convinced that she is ‘the queen of morning routines,’ she is forced to fight against kittens and other viruses that contaminate the organization of her computer desktop. Slumber Party is a desktop movie, created primarily through screen capture, combining video games and PNG animation. It exploring the confinement of our daily lives in virtual worlds that feed our insecurities and constrain our modes of representation.
